Arnold Pellegrinelli – APPRIMUS, INC. founder and CEO.
Mr. Pellegrinelli brings 25 years of experience in providing business and technology solutions. His career began with a Fortune 100 computer product, software and services company - Burroughs Corporation - where he provided solutions for financial services and manufacturing clients. In 1987 he became a co-owner of PRISM Consulting Services, Inc., a full service IT Services firm which has helped many companies to enhance the overall performance of their I.T. interests. Under his direction, PRISM grew to become a $35 million dollar international business, with a staff of over 280 and was sold in 1999. While at PRISM, in 1992 he co-founded Open Solutions, Inc., which created, and today successfully markets state of the art application software solutions for the banking industry (www.opensolutions.com). This successful formula has since led to the founding of APPRIMUS, INC. Mr. Pellegrinelli is a graduate of Seton Hall University, with a degree in business administration."
Wendy Rayner
Wendy’s years of leadership in both the public and private sector have showcased her wide array of skills in IT organization, management and strategic planning. She excels in integrating technology solutions with company operations, as she guides the development of technology services.
Wendy served as New Jersey’s first Chief Information Officer (CIO). She directed statewide IT strategic planning, policy and standards development. As CIO, Wendy led implementation of the State’s major strategic IT directions: e-government, data sharing and integration, and network infrastructure. Other projects included linking technology, businesses and people through the creation of New Jersey’s portal – a virtual front door into the State’s web site organized around the needs of citizens and businesses into three general categories: Government to Citizens, Government to Business, and Government to Government. (Based on her work, New Jersey was ranked #1 in the Digital State Survey for Management and Administration in 2001.)
Prior to serving as CIO, Wendy was Chief Operation Officer for New Jersey’s Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). She was responsible for managing the department’s operations, which included management and budget, IT, process improvement, quality activities, audit and training. She created the New Jersey Environmental Management System (NJEMS), an integrated, multi-media application and data base that handles environmental permitting, compliance and enforcement capabilities – the first in the nation.
Wendy previously held a variety of management positions in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Wendy was Treasurer of the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO), where she represented NASCIO on the Federal CIO Council.
Jack L Wagner
Mr. Wagner brings over 35 year’s of information technology experience encompassing technical, marketing, consulting, and managerial positions in both domestic and international based organizations. Prior to establishing APPRIMUS CONSULTING, Mr. Wagner held senior level marketing and sales positions with both EDS and Compuware. Prior to that, Mr. Wagner was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for The Dime Savings Bank where he was responsible for applying the most effective use of technology throughout this $21 billion institution. Prior to joining The Dime, Mr. Wagner was the National Banking Manager for the international accounting and consulting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, where he was responsible for researching and developing corporate-wide strategies to address and support needs unique to the financial services industry. Prior to C&L, Mr. Wagner was President and General Manager of McDonnell Douglas Financial Services International. In this capacity, he was responsible for the development, support, and marketing of an International Banking System (IBIS) to financial institutions located throughout the world.
Previous positions held by Mr. Wagner also include: Vice President, Information Systems at the Central Bank for Cooperatives, Consulting Director for the Farm Credit System, National Systems Manager for the accounting firm of Fox & Co., and Marketing/Sales Manager for Burroughs Corporation. Mr. Wagner holds an M.B.A. from the University of Utah, and a B.S. from Kenyon College. He has been published in various banking periodicals, including the American Banker and Bank Systems and Technology, and has been a frequent speaker at nationally attended conferences and seminars.
